Today in Toronto, just as you realize you're sick of your winter clothes and embarrassed by your wardrobe of summers past, Fashion Week will launch March 23 - 27 to limited fanfare locally and internationally. The perfectly coiffed will be at David Pecaut Square, and we'll be there to street style them. The cycle of life goes on.
