Today in Toronto, Detroit rockers Dale Earnhardt Jr. Jr. and Chad Valley hit The Garrison for a much-anticipated show. Videofag in Kensington Market hosts Baltimore Based, an film exhibition of "moving image artists" currently living and working in (you guessed it) Baltimore, curated by Leslie Supnet and Clint Enns of Sight Unseen, a "nomadic" arts organization based in that city who are planning more region-specific events like this in the coming months. Also, it's day two of Toronto Fashion Week.
