This fingerstyle master follows in the lineage and style of folks like Leo Kottke and Michael Hedges, and has a great sense of humour to boot. This is definitely a show worth catching

HEALTH | Holiday Urban Yoga Retreat
Bloor West Village's premier Yoga studio offers a unique opportunity for beginners and seasoned yogis/yoginis alike. A five-day local Yoga intensive, for a reasonable package price is being offered. The idea is a Yoga retreat, without having to leave the city: instead, participants will meet every morning at 9:30AM for two hours, and benefit from a consistent teacher, and peer group to measure their progress with and receive constructive feedback.
