I feel like I'm coming off of an acid trip--or maybe just waking up from a dream filled with neon, glow sticks, life-size pink teddy bears and many, many zebras. And this was no regular dream: it was a party rock dream. LMFAO filled the Molson Amphitheatre with bright lights, heavy bass, and heaps of confetti.

Although SkyBlu, one half of the sexy duo, was kept on the sidelines due to an injury resulting from an oversize package (all you Cosmo readers know what I'm really talking about, am I right?), his afro-coiffed other half, Redfoo, more than made up for the absence.

The concert included a dance break featuring the winners of America's Best Dance Crew "Quest Crew" during which one of the dancers spun on his head for a few minutes, drawing screams from the crowd.

And of course, the Shuffle Bot hit the stage (there were a few in the audience, too) and nearly stole the show with its signature dance move--you guessed it: the shuffle. You can learn it here. Go on, you know you want to.

I have to admit it: I love LMFAO. Their music video for "Sexy and I Know It" replaces the traditional and expected oiled-up, g-string clad honeys with average joes in speedos for a hilarious montage of absurd outfits and dances.

I can't help but do the shoulder shimmy every time I hear their songs come on while I'm driving. So I dutifully did my shots, put on my brightest outfit, and joined the rest of the neon-clad alcoholics at what I will deem the defining party rock concert of the summer season.

With the help of LMFAO, I encourage you to get up and do the wiggle dance. If you need a reason, it's cause you're sexy and you know it.
