Hits and Misses

In The Window: Stiff Little Fingers, School Jerks, Oi! The Album, and The Smiths Peel Sessions

In this week's installment of In The Window I take a look at local record store Hits & Misses, which features a nice mix of new records and some older stuff that's generally hard to find.

Michael from Hits & Misses recommends...

Stiff Little Fingers - Inflammable Material - One of the best Irish punk LP's of all time. Recently reissued so you don't have to go find it used."

School Jerks - Screamer - "Local hardcore punk bands newest record. I think it's their best material so far!"

Various Artists - Oi! The Album - "Basically launched Oi as a musical sub-genre. Cockney Rejects, Foreskins, Cockspire - probably the most pupular bands of the genre... it basically brough them together and used the term 'Oi'"
