Energy FitBox is a kick-ass kick-boxing studio in Woodbridge (with an additional location in Thornhill) which offers small group classes that teach you exactly how to, well...kick some ass. Each student gets to punch the lights out of their very own boxing mannequin (or Body Opponent Bag - B.O.B. for short) which makes getting your frustrations out even easier. I just picture an ex-boyfriend, bad boss or former high school bully and I'm feeling cool, calm and collected in no time. (Note: blogTO does not promote violence.
