Boxing Days sales are about to take over Toronto, and although not every store has made its plans known yet -- Christmas shopping isn't technically over, after all -- many of the deals to be had are now being advertised. Rather than list every sale in this post, however, what I've done is provided links to sites whose Boxing Day listings are far more comprehensive and highlighted a few of the more notable offers.

As we mentioned last year, the best resource for clothing and fashion-oriented sales is surely the one put together by former blogTO contributor Anita Clarke. On her blog, I want - I got, she's started to compile a list of sales and flyers, which include the following:

50% off and Banana Republic (until noon on the 26th
Up to 75% off at Livestock (all week)
Up to 80% off at Sydney's
Roots, who has separate pages for Men's, Women's and Leather items
Lacoste (26th and 27th only)
A big one -- 50-90% off -- from Philip Sparks
At least 30% of at Gotstyle
The Drake General Store
30% off at Oliver Spencer

For information on sales at box stores and the like, here are your best resources:

Flyerland.ca, who is uploading Boxing Day sale flyers as they're published, featuring stores like the Bay, Home Outfitters, 2001 Audio/Video, and Old Navy.
Redflagdeals.com, who has more flyers up and an easier to navigate layout. Notable sales from Henry's Camera, Holt Renfrew, Best Buy and many of the other usual suspects.
Shoestringshopping.com, who features mostly warehouse and factory outlet stores.
