An exploration of authentic chocolate taste from 6 locations Around the World!

Travel your taste buds to tropical destinations on this chocolaty journey! Guided by super chocolate expert Chocolatier Kelly Maxfield of Hot Shot Chocolate, participants will learn the 5 steps in chocolate tasting etiquette using Kelly's handcrafted Sampler Set. Following the tasting portion, guests will roll up their sleeves and have a ton of fun creating their own Molten Chocolate Lava Cakes guided by Kelly featuring a highlighted origin chocolate straight from Haiti!

'Chocolate Kits' can be purchased directly from Hot Shot Chocolate. No flavours are added to the chocolate so you can taste the true essence from each country for yourself!

Kelly is a passionate chocolate maker and educator with over 9 years experience as a professional chocolatier and event host. It has been her dream to bring a more personalized chocolate experience to Toronto where she can spoil her customers and celebrate our love for chocolate! That's when she founded Hot Shot Chocolate - her Personal Chocolatier service since 2017.

Ever since opening her chocolate business, Kelly has been creating her own high quality line of handmade and customizable chocolates. She also takes a lot of pride in educating people about the wonderful world of chocolate in her many fun and delicious chocolate events across Toronto.
