On the evening of March 2nd, join us at SUPER WONDER GALLERY (584 College St.) to celebrate all media strange and absurd during a one-night-only party and marketplace. Featuring cult video vendors, indie comic artists, a pop-up video store gallery showcasing rare and unusual VHS tapes, plus a live-musical performance from DINOSAUR ISLAND and delectable brews courtesy of Collective Arts Brewing, this is a night guaranteed to live in infamy.

THE SIGHTS AND SOUNDS THAT AWAIT YOU INCLUDE:

DINOSAUR ISLAND is what happens when you reheat a pizza pocket on the baked potato setting. Comprised of three to four good young boys who like space mutants, poop jokes, ducks, surf ninjas, guitar music, and friendship, these rock ‘n rollers will shred our synapses. The set begins at 10:45 PM! Don’t miss it!

VINEGAR SYNDROME:
The acclaimed film restoration and distribution company will be hawking the latest and strangest of their celluloid discoveries on newly restored DVDs and BLU-RAYS, both at the bazaar, as well as all weekend long at The Royal Cinema! Recent restorations and releases include Brett Piper's BATTLE OF THE LOST PLANET (screening at WTFilm Festival), the Canuxsploitation classic SUDDEN FURY and the killer-cat classic UNINVITED!

THE BEGUILING BOOKS + ART:
Toronto’s favourite comic arts institution will be selling a selection of their strangest wares, as well as hosting amazing artist signings from 9 PM to Midnight. Artists include Aaron Manczyk (PANTHOR, STROKES OF GENIUS) and Ron Mirsky & David Craig of READ MORE COMICS!

LASER BLAST VIDEO presented by Hamilton Trash Cinema
Step back in time and visit a video store of yore, only this one is home to the proverbial El Dorado of VHS collections. Thanks to the diligent work of Hamilton Trash Cinema’s Ben Ruffett who has valiantly rescued and preserved hundreds of of obscure videos, your eyeballs will bear witness to 100 of the rarest clamshells and video box art ever, curated into helpful sections like CANADIANA and NIGERIAN MADNESS.

COWBOY WHO? PHOTO-OP:
For those who participated in our afternoon marathon of COWBOY WHO? and need a further fix of the most outrageous children’s show ever made, why not take a selfie with some of the original puppets from the show, against a recreation of the show's iconic backdrop! #YIPPIE!
