Wednesday Night Boxing
In this class you will learn proper boxing stance, footwork, and the punches Jab and Cross. Working with a partner alternating holding pads with punching, it is possible to burn over 700 calories in a 60min session. Boxing is the fastest way to get toned arms and six-pack abs while having fun and learning a functional new skill.
