A Tribute to Anthony Bourdain

Colleagues of Anthony Bourdain talk about his work, his legacy and how he changed the way we think about food.

The discussion will feature Joel Rose, co-author with Anthony Bourdain of Hungry Ghosts and Gabrielle Hamilton (owner and chef of Prune and author of Blood, Bones and Butter).

Please don't print your tickets! We're trying to reduce paper waste for Salon events, so please don't bother printing your ticket. We'll either either scan your ticket on your smartphone or quickly find your name on our tablets and check you in.

Arrive early, meet people. The talk starts at 7pm, but doors open at 6pm, so come early so you can chat with some of your fellow literature lovers, and make new friends. As with all Salon events, we'll have a full bar with a selection of beers, wine, and liquor, as well as sandwiches and snacks.
