Tafelmusik's Sing-Along Messiah

Tafelmusik's 31st-annual Sing-Along Messiah is Toronto's biggest audience participation Christmas concert, led by George Frideric Handel himself — aka Ivars Taurins — miraculously reconstituted for the 21st century and dressed in full baroque costume and powdered wig.

Every year, 2,700 people fill Massey Hall, and with music in hand, raise their voices together with those of the choir and soloists. Families and groups of friends make Tafelmusik’s Sing-Along Messiah an annual ritual.

Featuring Tafelmusik Baroque Orchestra and Chamber Choir and vocal soloists Joanne Lunn, soprano; James Laing, countertenor; Rufus Müller, tenor; and Brett Polegato, baritone. "Perhaps the most celebrated Messiah annual tradition in Toronto" —Ludwig Van Toronto

One performance only.
