A selection of seasonal bites will be prepared by Montecito’s executive chef including salad, appetizer, grilled items, + dessert all in a guided tasting with a selection of wines from Jacob’s Creek.
Jacob’s Creek is a small creek which runs through the heart of the Barossa Valley in South Australia, where in 1840 William Jacob settled.
In 1847, Johann Gramp planted his first vineyard on the banks of Jacob’s Creek and founded the Gramp & Sons winery which began a history of winemaking innovation that continues today.
World-renowned, with an extensive portfolio, focused on reflecting the true character of the grapes and the land.
Montecito Restaurant is a modern restaurant collaboration between Hollywood director Ivan Reitman and Toronto-based Innov8 Hospitality. The vision for Montecito has been from the beginning to create an environment that captivates a wide audience and brings them together in an exceptional space.
The restaurants’ Farm-To-Table inspired California cuisine menu changes weekly and highlights the very best in Canadian produce, meats, and seafood from both local purveyors as well as notable Canadian suppliers from coast to coast. Their bar features classic as well as craft cocktails using the finest in artisan spirits, mixers and seasonal fruits and vegetables. And their comprehensive wine list highlights producers and artisan winemakers from afar.
