Spring into Baking - A Vegan Cupcake Workshop

Demystify vegan baking and create treats that are as beautiful as they are delicious! Using only items found at any local grocery store, you'll learn the best substitutions, budget-friendly vegan baking hacks, tips and tricks that will have everyone saying "these are VEGAN?!”

Show-and-tell by local Cabbagetowner, Katherine Supleve (aka CupKates). Kate will reveal her oh-so-simple recipe and secret to making these beautiful lemony hydrangea cupcakes from silky smooth vegan buttercream. Try your hand at creating your very own bouquet of cupcakes to take home (or eat in transit...we won't tell)!

What else? We’ll also be making Cracker Candy which includes vegan caramel made without a candy thermometer. Simply combine saltine crackers and chocolate to create treats that you can’t help but devour right on the spot!
