The Power of the Lemon Body, by Alicia Gunning

Having a diagnosis and living with it are different. Because of my lemon body, I understand hunger at a very primal level. I understand how food (or a lack of food) can separate you from participating in social interactions. All of that sucks. But, it has given me the energy to find a way to get healthy food from supermarket shelves to the people who need most.

The Shoes I'm In, by Lisa Sweetman

"From Birkenstocks to Baby Shoes, Lisa is back with an update on the changes and challenges since her last Spoken Lives talk. With musings and meanderings on parenthood, trail running, and hot cups of tea, Lisa promises to share meaningful anecdotes with heartfelt honesty and humour."

Dreams Can Come True, by Darlene Montgomery

A series of life choices brought Darlene to a cliff-hanger moment where she could choose fearful intention or opt for focused intention and go for the road less travelled. She will share her powerful story of dreams with Oprah and harnessing the power of visualization to land a job with a world renowned publisher.

Get Out of Your Own Way, by Sandy Seymour

He announced “We are moving to Hong Kong." Born, raised and living in Hamilton all my life, I left my 6 figure salary, my home, and 2 of my children behind to support my husband and his career. And, I left Hong Kong a better mother, wife, and human being. Letting go of who I “thought” I was allowed me to truly live my happiest, healthiest life.
