Robbie Burns Dinner at Murphy's Law Pub & Kitchen

Did you know that the first Burns supper was held in July 1801 when nine of Burns’ close friends got together to mark the fifth anniversary of their friend’s death. It took place at Burns Cottage in Alloway and included a meal of haggis and performances of Burns’ work.

Robbie Burns is regarded as a pioneer of the Romantic movement and after his death he became a great source of inspiration to the founders of both Liberalism and Socialism, and a cultural icon in Scotland. Join us as we celebrate our annual Burns supper!
