Reconciliation in Business Conference 2024

The Treaty Relations in Business Education (TRIBE) student group at the Ted Rogers School of Management at Toronto Metropolitan University is pleased to host the third annual Reconciliation in Business Conference with the theme of “Indigenous Worldviews: Education to Action.”

Building on the success of the last two years, the one-day conference will consist of discussions designed to foster inclusion and appreciation of Indigenous perspectives and encourage adapting Indigenous ways of knowing in research and education. The event will feature an Indigenous marketplace, a feast, research presentations and an Indigenous business case competition.

The future is Indigenous. We're bringing you together to learn, reflect, and celebrate Indigenous peoples & culture in Business & Entrepreneurship. Everyone is invited. Our objective is to respond to Call-to-Action 92: Business and Reconciliation. Indigenous involvement in the Canadian economy means a path to self-determination, closing the socioeconomic gap that Indigenous peoples face, and unlocking the $100 Billion Annual Indigenous Economy. Come find out and see the power of Indigenous peoples.
