Quattro Mani at Eataly Toronto with Chef Pasquale Russo
Eataly Toronto launched a new community series focused on one of the world’s most beloved dishes – pizza. Taking place bi-weekly on Thursday nights throughout October, November and December, Quattro Mani, meaning “four hands” in Italian, will have a notable Toronto chef or restaurateur in-store to create their own unique mini pizza Napoletana to be offered alongside Eataly’s own pizzaiolo’s pizza pairing. The series highlights the collaborators’ shared passion for working with high-quality seasonal, local, and Italian ingredients sourced from Eataly’s marketplace and beyond. The pizzas will be available for that one night only in La Pizza e La Pasta, with $10 from each sale going to the charity of the Toronto chef or restaurateur’s choice.
