****This concert is combined with a workout designed specifically for musicians, and directed by violinist/personal trainer Steph Park. Before the concert, at 4pm, Steph will be leading a workout that will get your heart rate up, build strength in your core, and teach you how to fit a safe and effective fitness routine into your wonky musician's schedule.
