An innovative artist, queer classical pianist Darren Creech shows his belief in a new potential for the classical concert stage CBC Music through an immersive combination of queer theatre, captivating costumes, and glittery hair, and his unique performances have been heralded as tour-de-forces, propelled by a powerful narrative Musical Toronto. He was the Keynote Performer at McGill Universitys Music Graduate Symposium and was awarded the Best Artist Prize at Torontos Nuit Rose. Having grown up in Senegal, West Africa, Darren draws on his cross-cultural background to inform his unconventional approach to the stage.

Torontobased pianist Thompson T. Egbo-Egbo has been known to seduce audiences around the world by pushing the definition of genre. His mixing of styles and unique interpretation of repertoires from jazz to classical to pop are at the heart of his distinct and exciting sonic blend. He believes the cultural diversity of Toronto has created a wonderful breeding ground for the development of his creativity. He is a graduate of Humber College Toronto and Berklee College of Music Boston.
