Our limbo: Butterflies, Bones and Balance - an exhibit

Our Limbo: Butterflies, Bones and Balance

October 1 to 31

Weary are we

From these uncertain years

Dazed and dreary nights

Out from the diseased cloud

The sun now burns with anger

Sending the seasons into flames

Drowning Nature’s last resistance

Yet this fury pales to the cries and cruelty

Endlessly spouting from our phones

Soon will come a day when our future clears

Only then, we'll wish a return to limbo.

Toronto glass sculptor, Layne Verbeek, works to capture nature and the unexpected through glass and its contradictory and mercurial qualities. Reception on October 16 at 1 PM.
