LOST HIGHWAY on 35mm at The Royal Cinema

This summer, Neon Dreams brings David Lynch's dizzying psychological masterpiece to the big screen in glorious 35mm.

Coming in hot after a 5-year hiatus following the release of FIRE WALK WITH ME, David Lynch's LA-noir meditation on identity, marriage, and sexual anxiety perplexed and bewildered audiences on it's initial release in 1997, and is back to perplex and bewilder us all over again.

Long before he was winning Oscars, Trent Reznor produced and arranged this mind-bending soundtrack featuring original music by himself, David Bowie, Brian Eno, Angelo Badalamenti, Barry Adamson, Marylin Manson, Smashing Pumpkins, Lou Reed, and many more. The soundtrack, along with the striking imagery (care of long-time Lynch cinematographer Peter Deming), and immaculate performances by Patricia Arquette, Bill Pullman (who can really rock the sax), Balthazar Getty, and Robert Blake weave a schizophrenic journey into the deepest depths of the human psyche, and create what may just be the boldest and most beautiful film of Lynch's career.

This screening and others are made possible thanks to our wonderful sponsor Hollywood Suite. As always this will be a fully licensed event featuring a fabulous on-screen pre-show. Be sure to arrive early!
