In the spirit of collaboration, we’re hooking up with our friends at Redline Brewhouse to bring you a hopped-up event you won't want to miss!

Kick off your night with welcome suds and snacks before diving into a delicious five-course dinner paired with Big Rock and Redline beers. Chef Ryan Lister has crafted a knockout menu featuring hearty dishes such as wood-fired coho salmon, applewood-smoked chicken, and more.

As you sip and savour each course, brewmasters Dan Ellis and Ryan Shirtliff will guide you through the nitty gritty of each pairing – from ale to stout. Whether you’re a beer rookie or a full-fledged poindexter, we bet you’ll soak up a fun fact or two!
