Kennedy Road's Debut Album Release Show at the Burdock March 31st, 2020
The exciting new Toronto-based folk duo Kennedy Road, returns to the Burdock for a very special album release concert March 31st, 2020 at 9 p.m.!
Kennedy Road is comprised of Sheila Carabine of the Juno-nominated folk duo Dala, and beloved singer-songwriter and multi-instrumentalist Brian MacMillan (who has played with the likes of Lowest of the Low, Garth Hudson, John McDermott, Kevin Hearn, The Wailin' Jennys, and The Barenaked Ladies to name a few).
They set a dreamy and evocative mood all their own, but you’ll swear you hear echoes of James Taylor, the Civil Wars, Paul Simon and Blake Mills. With velvety vocals and dreamy guitars, Kennedy Road conjures dusk and memory, grit and grace. This is music from the heart, for the heart.
