Just Breathe in Toronto's New Meditation Studio Hoame

Breathing is the first and last act you do on this earth – breath is powerful. Imagine having a map to navigate the nervous system to improve health and well-being from the inside out. In this workshop we'll explore the physiology and anatomy of breath and how various breath techniques can facilitate physical and emotional healing. Our exploration of these techniques is through a gentle vinyasa style of yoga and can be applied to day-to-day life. Taught by the incredible (hug in human form) Paul Galloro. Join us on October 28th, 1PM-3PM.

Taking place in our studio space this 90 minute workshop runs you through a series of different breathing techniques and practices. A take home swag bag and breathing guide is provided. Comfy clothing is recommended
