Join Liz for a New Years Day Ceremony to initiate the energies of self love, self care and intention on the 1st day of the year.

Bring in the New Year with The Rock Store community as we utilize breath, crystals, meditation, hot stone restorative yoga and sound healing to ground, recharge, and establish your intentions for 2019.

We will start our time together with a visualization and meditation practice to prompt deep reflection and inspire positive visioning for the year ahead. In the second portion of our time together you will rest in supported yoga poses for deep relaxation. Crystals that have been especially chosen to amplify the energies of new beginnings will be placed on your body and while you receive the healing energy of Reiki, and are serenaded by Koshi bamboo chimes. To close Liz will take you through a creative writing process to support you in feeling excited, aligned and clear about the new year.
