Graffiti Park Brings the Party to the Linsmore Tavern!

This is going to be a real special night with some amazing international musicians on Saturday April 26th as the Linsmore Tavern (1298 Danforth Ave), welcomes back all the way from Bermuda, Graffiti Park! Graffiti Park is currently based out of Hamilton Bermuda, but happen to be in Toronto for a bit and are coming together to play another show at the Linsmore back in the country where this band started. Over the last two years, Graffiti Park have captivated SOLD-OUT audiences including a show this past February where they hit the Linsmore stage and really created a great party that everyone loved to be apart of! You are absolutely going to love the set-list from Graffiti Park as they will play top 40 covers from old and new in all genres! From James Brown to Prince, Gwen Stefani to Jewel, Jamiroquoi to Ray Charles, Black Eyed Peas to Bob Marley, Metallica to Linkin Park, they have a little something for everyone and this is a night you don't want to miss!

For the past 10 years Graffiti Park has been circling the globe playing night clubs, resorts and casinos in countries like the U.S., Bermuda, Morocco, Thailand, Taiwan, Dubai, and Cyprus to name a few. The band have made a healthy living performing for numerous nightclubs, private events and corporate functions across Canada as well. Graffiti Park has also entertained the Armed Forces of England, Canada, the U.S., Australia and Spain.

The band boasts to have one of the most diverse setlists on the circuit. They have spent a great deal of time expanding their repertoire in order to include something from almost every musical genre. Even if it's just a couple of songs from each artist, it enables them to deliver something for just about everyone. Keeping up with all the current chart hits and polishing up the "old favorites" is their speciality. If a song is requested that is not in their current repertoire, they may very well be able to put together a convincing rendition on the spot.

Graffiti Park is now a vibrant, energetic 5 piece band with male and female front persons, totalling 4 lead vocalists! Each member can play an instrument and sometimes they "switch it up" to add to the show. The lineup includes Suzi Stephenson (lead vocals, percussion), Kojo Ferguson (lead vocals, bass, d.j.), Tim Cassidy (lead vocals, acoustic guitar), Rob Heimstra (lead vocals, guitar, keyboards), & Dale Harrison (drums, percussion, piano).

Graffiti Park have had the honour of meeting and working with an enormous array of celebrities & professional talent such as Slash of Guns N' Roses, actor Bruce Willis, and members of Morrocco's royal family. Band members have had opportunities to play with The James Brown Band, The Temptations, UB40, Jeff Healey, Tom Cochrane, the Barenaked Ladies, Leo Sayer, & Allanah Myles, Robin Williams, and Dustin Hoffman. They've even jammed, on occasion, with Keifer Sutherland who used to frequent a 'house gig' they played in Toronto.

Professionally, members of Graffiti Park have been members of such great known acts as the Headstones, Alan Frew (Glass Tiger), Wild 'T' & the Spirit, and The Derek St. Holmes Band among others.

Island Restaurant Group (IRG) in Bermuda has had Graffiti Park under contract for the past 6 years, scheduling the band to play their flagship venue 'The Pickled Onion Restaurant & Bar' for 9 months of every year. This arrangement has ensured that the venue continues to be one of the hottest nightspots on the island during its high seasons.

The bottom line is that they give their absolute best. From rock to funk to dance musics, they commit themselves 100% to every facet of the show and always try to bring the highest energy to keep the party on it's feet. They LOVE what they do!

The show starts at 9:30pm. There will be a tremendous amount of buzz for this show so get your tickets now! Tickets are $5 in advance, $10 at the door. You can buy tickets at the bar or online at www.linsmoretavern.com
