Doug McNish is an innovative and influential vegan chef and activist, and author of award-winning Eat Raw, Eat Well, 400 Raw, Vegan and Gluten Free Recipes 2012. Today, McNish works out of his Public Kitchen restaurant in north Toronto, where he provides vegan dinner and cocktails on Thursday and Friday evenings and brunch on Saturdays and Sundays, as well as take-out vegan prepared meals. McNish uses the highest quality plant-based ingredients, grown by organic farmers to craft beautiful, wholesome and delicious food for all."
