Get School'd Resolutions: Yoga for Self Care

Rest, relax and breath a little easier after the hustle and bustle of the holidays. Ease into self-care and unwind through movement.

What's it all about?

This workshop is a time to rest, release and chill, just what we need after the holiday season and mid-winter feels. This is a gentle breath, movement and mindfulness practice to let go of some tension and breath with a little more ease. We will be working with themes of self-love and self-care.

This class isn’t aimed to change our bodies, it’s a time to come home to our bodies with compassion. We learn some techniques to calm the nervous system through breathing techniques, accessible movement, and a relaxed, focused mind. Leave feeling floaty, calm and at ease.
