It's run by Stella's Place, a community-based organization offering free mental health care services to young adults ages 16-29 in Toronto.
Get Reel's mission is to spark conversation, break down stigma, raise awareness, and encourage help-seeking. It also supports emerging Canadian talent through the Emerging Artist Scholarship program, which awards young filmmakers a grant to create films exploring themes of mental health.
