This Mother’s Day, join us for a complimentary Prenatal Pilates class at kaer Wellness. Created to support you through pregnancy with intention and care. Move alongside other expectant mothers in a calm, connected space designed to help you feel strong, stable, and supported in every stage.

This class focuses on deep core activation, pelvic floor awareness, posture, and breath-led movement. Each exercise is thoughtfully guided to build strength and stability while respecting the changes happening within your body.

What to Expect:

Breath & Connection: Gentle breathwork to support core function and create space for your growing baby.

Targeted Strength: Controlled, low-impact movements to strengthen glutes, back, hips, and deep abdominal muscles.

Mobility & Release: Stretching and alignment work to ease tension and improve posture.

This is your time to slow down, tune in, and build strength in a way that feels steady and supportive.
