Did you know that every four years, the lawyers elect 40 directors to the Law Society of Ontario among themselves (known as “Bencher”) who regulate, discipline and govern more than 52,000 lawyers in the province? These Benchers are also responsible for implementing policies to the legal profession with a view towards the public interest.

I am a candidate in the 2019 Bencher Election. Please join me for dinner to discuss current issues, such as access to justice, mental health, and barriers to entering the profession. I am also here to answer any questions you may have for me.

Everyone is welcome and lawyers are encouraged to attend.

Attendees will be responsible for paying their own meal. Space is limited, so please RSVP if you intend to join us.
