Decontructed Beer Dinner with Creemore Springs @ BATCH
Reimagine the way your beer is made and the balance of a carefully planned beer pairing, as the team at BATCH take you through a beer dinner like none other!
At BATCH, everything they serve has been carefully curated and crafted by hand, because that's the way they do it up in Creemore. On February 28th, however, they team are going to kick it up a notch. Brewmaster Andrew Bartle and Chef Meagan Andrews have collaborated to deconstruct the elements that encompass the constantly evolving lineup of craft beers, brewed onsite everyday, and incorporated the beer's ingredients themselves into this special 5-course meal. Taking you through each component of one of the world's oldest beverages – grain, malt, yeast and hops – Chef Andrews has crafted a menu to match a lineup of unique beer pairings – including a couple of brews made specially for this night!
To take this experience one step further, guided tours of the BATCH microbrewery will be lead by Prud'homme Master Beer Sommelier and Certified Cicerone Justin Lamontagne throughout the evening. Plus, expect some extra special surprises to savour this experience after you've already departed.
