Culinary Incubator: Fun and informal cooking classes led by Chef Trista Sheen and the Drake Commissary kitchen crew. Learn how to break down a pig and make fresh sausages, ferment a batch of kimchi, or make your own beautiful chocolate bars. Plus you get to eat what you make! This is what Oprah would call an A-Ha moment. Cook, eat, repeat.

Tim Steele was on the opening team at the Drake One Fifty and heads up the Charcuterie Program at the Drake Commissary.

Trista Sheen was the opening chef at Bar Begonia and appeared on Top Chef Canada All Stars before joining the George Brown Culinary Team as an instructor.
