Celebrate Diwali with The Cottage Cheese
This urban-Indian restaurant is located in the heart of Kensington Market, and this year they’ve curated a menu inspired by traditional Diwali dishes, but with an innovative twist. Offered from October 31 to November 3, Chef Vikash Chhetri’s creations draw from the essence of true Indian cuisine, and this menu is a result of his unique take on Diwali dishes. The menu includes Laccha Aloo Tikka, made with a refreshing mint and tamarind coulis, Chicken Mango Curry, cooked with coconut milk and ginger, as well as a Red Velvet Patishapta, with lava coconut and basil snow.
