Cassia Northern Thai Pop-Up Dinner @ Honest Weight

Join us on Monday, October 23 for Cassia, a refined interpretation of Northern Thai cuisine, by Chef Scott Roberts (@chefscottroberts).

Cassia represents the combination of Scott's work as Head Chef of the internationally acclaimed Smoking Goat, a Thai BBQ in London (UK), and his training in the Michelin-starred kitchens of Saison (SF), L2O (Chicago), and Fera at Claridge's (UK).

Cassia combines hand-pounded Thai curries, salads and dressings, with thoughtfully sourced, premium ingredients from land and sea. This week features premium seafood from Honest Weight, including Oysters, Clams, Lobster, Tuna, Scallops, Sturgeon and more. Visit @chefscottroberts on Instagram for the full menu. The tasting menu is $70. Seatings are 6.15pm and 8.45 pm at Honest Weight.
