We are so excited to reconnect with you at the 3rd Annual Healing Retreat ! This year we hold the space with affirming Black wellness practioners to dive deep on the expansive journey on reproductive health for Black women.

At Brunch & Bond: Nourishing Black Women's Health, Sisterhood, & Self-Care we will create a space to:

✨Heal within the diverse journey of reproductive health, infertility, Black motherhood

✨Explore the harms of shame impacting Black women's health and healing

✨Enhance our loving relationships and potential for sisterhood

✨Build a full life of abundance, freedom and community care that enriches our mental wellness

The day will feature therapeutic and healing exercises led by certified Black women therapists, and doctors.

Each ticket includes a full catered lunch.
