About your Coach:

Daryl Mack is the founder of Built by Mack Fitness. He is a Certified Boxing Coach and Personal Trainer. He has over 15 years of fighting experience having competed extensively, and 10 years of fitness training experience. He began his boxing career at the age of 14, and trained and fought in both New Jersey and Ontario. Using his experience to personalize his training programs, he has worked extensively with athletes, fitness enthusiasts, youth, and those seeking new challenges. There is nothing more satisfying to him than sharing his knowledge, experience, and passion for fitness and boxing, while encouraging people to lead healthy lifestyles, have fun, and push their limits.

About Camp Fuel:

Camp Fuel is wellness company that brings adults together to find connection through fitness and camp like activities. We have fun all year long through various day camps and once a year we head up north to Muskoka for a weekend filled with fun!
