Join private chef, Ayah Hanafieh, owner of Oui Aïa -- known for her supper parties hosted in secret locations across Toronto -- as she teaches you the art of food preservation and walk away with five jars of your own homemade preserves.
What You’ll Learn:
Fermenting - Learn the most important step in creating a fiery and balanced dish enhancing hot sauce - An assortment of peppers

What You’ll Take Home:
