The LCBO is opening a bar in Toronto

What happens when the province's big boss of booze opens their very own bar in Toronto? Something very unexpected.

On Thursday November 24 from 8 p.m. - Midnight the LCBO will launch Bar Zero, a drinking spot inside Church Aperitivo Bar at 1090 Queen Street West serving 0% cocktails. That's right, there's no booze involved in this bar, only creative cocktail ideas shaken and stirred by BarChef's Frankie Solarik.

There will also be snacks from Buca's Rob Gentile, and DJ feelgoodsmalls will provide the soundtrack. It's a pop up that promotes having a good time "responsibly" and showing people that you non-alcoholic drinks can be just as delicious and satisfying.

Be sure to bring your note pad to the drink recipe ideas home and make them yourself, adding whatever extra ingredients you feel are necessary.
