Selections include starters like squash soup, foie gras torchon, and beet root salad, while guest can choose to enjoy a traditional entree featuring roasted turkey with stuffing, pommes purée, brussels sprouts, butternut squash, and sage jus, or go an entirely unconventional route with options like ricotta gnudi or steak au poivre. For dessert, choices include apple tarte tatin and a pumpkin tart.
