This week on DineSafe, a North York restaurant was found guilty of 17 health infractions. 17! And yet, Blossom Restaurant is still open for business, though only with a conditional pass. There's a mix of old and new on the "Conditional" list this week, with repeat offender Rancho Relaxo carrying its second yellow pass in as many months, and Jules Café, which was shut down for an insect infestation last October, found in violation this time of nine conditions. Yorkville didn't pass this round of inspections either with its Ciao Wine Bar now on the conditional list, and so too is Dupont's Vesta Lunch — which, though reputable since 1955 — has been sporting a conditional pass since March 9.
