March is Nutrition Month in Canada, many work places are holding individual learning events for their employees, but if you don't happen to work in one of those places there are still other free events the public is invited to join.

The Toronto Vegetarian Association is offering free information sessions Vegetarian 101: Moving towards a heart healthy diet.

Details and another listing after the jump

Vegetarian 101 is 3 sessions held in Room 200 in Northern District Library from 3pm-4pm on Saturdays in March.
