Trevor Noah spotted riding bike through downtown Toronto like the cool guy he is

Stars: They're just like us (only wealthier, cooler, and able to make news headlines by doing something as simple as riding a bike.)

South African comedian and imminently departing Daily Show host Trevor Noah no doubt turned more than a few heads this weekend while cruising around on two wheels rented through Bike Share Toronto.

"Riding through the 6 to my shows," wrote the 38-year-old funnyman when sharing a photo of himself riding along Front Street approaching Union Station — one of several homages he made to Drake during his time in the city.

Noah also used Drizzy's "Nonstop" as the backing track for an Instagram Story featuring a Toronto streetcar on Saturday, posted after enjoying some poutine from Smoke's, but before the second of his two back-to-back stand-up shows at Scotiabank Arena.

The comic crushed at both local showings of his Trevor Noah: Back To Abnormal World Tour by all accounts, but cycling advocates in Toronto were even more thrilled to see the megastar endorsing the city's bike share system.

"Folks, that is downtown Toronto between the Royal York and Union Station," wrote one commenter on Twitter of the photo. "You can't get more urban than that."

"That's awesome!" wrote another. "My husband and I also use the bike lanes... You can see more of Toronto that way. We went to High Park via the Bloor-Lakeshore loop via the bike lanes. We fed the squirrels, chipmunks and blue jays! We also had a picnic by the waterfront. It was magical!"

Noah dropped a huge news bomb on Thursday by announcing that he'd soon be leaving The Daily Show after seven years (his final show date has yet to be determined.)

Fans of the comedian's work on Comedy Central were shocked and saddened, but those who saw him live in Toronto over the weekend gave reviews that suggest he's making a great decision refocusing on his stand-up career.

"As I sit here contemplating Trevor Noah's next act, Trevor Noah is out there executing it. Literally. You can see him on stage tonight in Toronto, where he's taping his next Netflix special," wrote Hollywood Reporter executive editor Lacey V Rose on Twitter.

"Trevor Noah is truly the definition of one-man-show. He had the entire Scotiabank Arena on their feet cheering for him. What a show," wrote another Twitter user.

"Thank you for making Toronto a part of your #BackToAbnormalTour."
