The only thing Ossington may have been missing was a restaurant with Southern fare, and now Matt Blondin and The Food Dudes have filled that void. Artful plates of food taste as good as they look, and although you may need a glossary to decipher the menu's Southern food slang, it's a pretty safe bet that diners will continue to flock to this happening spot.
