This fast-casual concept franchise originated in Colorado, and offers up a melting pot of entrees that are mostly Asian- and Italian-inspired. With a licensed seating area and free drip coffee for customers on Fridays, there are some positives to this place, but overall, don't expect a whole lot of authenticity.
