Wood oven cooking at its finest in Toronto
The wood oven has made a major splash in Toronto with the rise of traditional Neapolitan pizza joints and authentic barbecue establishments. But, naturally, the smokey char imparted by such a cooking method suits more than just pizza and ribs. Proof of this can be found at this restaurant, one of the city's most consistently popular since it opened in 2010.
