Ex Nobu chef opens sushi restaurant in Toronto
Yasu Ouchi, a former chef at the world famous Nobu, arrived in Toronto earlier this year and has opened a bustling new sushi restaurant on Millwood Road in Leaside. His specialty? Aburi style sushi which uses a flame to sear the fish on top using a blow torch.
