Toronto Independent Bookstores

This Ain't No Ordinary Bookstore

2009 was a tough year for independent booksellers in Toronto, but despite the disappointing closures of Pages and David Mirvish Books, This Ain't the Rosedale Library carries on into its 31st year. Although the store moved from its longstanding spot on Church St. about two years ago, I had yet to make a visit to the now not-so-new location in Kensington Market. So, given the fact that I self-identify as a book and bookstore lover, I decided it was high time to check it out.

See what I found in my profile of This Ain't the Rosedale Library in the bookstore section.
