Ossington Art Gallery

The Closure of Lennox Contemporary Leaves Plenty of Space for Its New Tenant

After 14 years at its Queen and Crawford location, Angell Gallery has moved to the huge space formerly occupied by Lennox Contemporary. While the gallery's mandate hasn't undergone significant renovation, the 4000 sq. ft. building at the foot of Ossington provides an excellent opportunity to increase the number of artists on the roster and to exhibit a wider mix of media via the addition of a project space and a room dedicated to video-based work.
